WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All our products are covered under a 1 year warranty with hassle-free returns. This means that generally, a product may be returned, refunded, or exchanged so long as the request is made in good faith with appropriate proof of purchase, and the warranty period has not elapsed.

Warranty:

All our products are covered under a 1 year warranty. Our products are designed to last and suit your needs well into the future. Depending on your region, you may be entitled to additional protections provided to you by law. If you would like to make a warranty claim, contact us via email at info@classelifestyle.com. We will honour all warranties on our products provided that:
  • Any warranty claim is made in good faith regarding a genuine issue, such as missing buttons, faulty latches, poor durability etc.
  • The product has not been damaged either intentionally or accidentally as a result of misuse.
  • The warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase has not elapsed. In some cases and solely at the discretion of Classé Lifestyle, a warranty claim may be processed if the warranty period has recently elapsed within a reasonable timeframe. For example; a warranty claim regarding a product that is out of warranty by 3 days may be processed at the discretion of Classé Lifestyle.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges:

We offer hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, contact us via info@classelifestyle.com to arrange a return, refund or exchange. Please note that refunds can only be provided to the payment method originally used to purchase the product. All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
  • Any request for a return, refund or exchange must be made in good faith regarding a genuine issue, for example; the product received is of the wrong colour, the product received does not fit, or the product was damaged in transport etc.
  • The product has not been damaged either intentionally or accidentally as a result of misuse.
  • The warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase has not elapsed. In some cases and solely at the discretion of Classé Lifestyle, a warranty claim may be processed if the warranty period has recently elapsed within a reasonable timeframe. For example; a warranty claim regarding a product that is out of warranty by 3 days may be processed at the discretion of Classé Lifestyle.

Proof of purchase:

You are strongly encouraged to keep a copy of your receipt as all warranty claims, returns, refunds, or exchanges will require proof of purchase and a genuine Classé Lifestyle receipt will be the easiest way to provide said proof. If you do not receive an emailed receipt upon purchase of a product, you may request a receipt by emailing support@classelifestyle.com within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this point, we do not guarantee that we will be able to issue you a new receipt.

Return shipping:

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you wish to return a product to us or you are required to do so (such as in an exchange), then you will be required to pay for, and arrange, postage of the product that is to be returned.

Disputes:

In any dispute regarding warranty, returns, refunds, or exchanges, the decision of Classé Lifestyle is final. Though we take your preference into account, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a particular outcome, for example; we may be unable to provide a replacement for an item that was a limited edition production and has since sold out. Classé Lifestyle reserves the right to alter this policy at any time, for any reason, without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to check back from time to time and note any changes.
